Anxiety - merriam-webster- an abnormal and overwhelming sense of apprehension and fear often marked by physiological signs (as sweating, tension, and increased pulse), by doubt concerning the reality and nature of the threat, and by self-doubt about one's capacity to cope with it.

1. Calm and Collects: Long breath - 10 sec - 5 min or more.

2. Mediation and Yoga 

3. Practice. Practice. Practice.

 Practice speak at home in different social situations.  After you've practiced a while go out and do it. Examples: grocery store, coffee shop, parties...

4. What would a friend tell me to do in this situation.

5. When you are tired or have low energy try changing your conversation topic.  Focusing on a new subject can help with your ability to focus.

6. Treatment may include psychotropic medications.
